Juvenile Justice (Korean: 소년 심판; RR: Sonyeon Simpan) (transl.  Boys Judgement) is an upcoming South Korean streaming television series. Directed by Hong Jong-chan, it stars Kim Hye-soo, Kim Mu-yeol and Lee Sung-min. The series recounts narrative of a judge, who is notorious for her disdain of youngsters and she becomes a newly appointed judge of a juvenile court. The series will be published via Netflix on February 25, 2022.

Development

Netflix in November 2020 confirmed the development of original series Juvenile Justice. It was also confirmed that Hong Jong-chan will direct the series with Kim Hye-soo playing Sim Eun-seok, a newly appointed judge. The series will focus around issues of the juvenile legislation, and daily lives and concerns of juvenile court judges.

As crimes committed by juveniles grow increasingly brutal and vicious, the culprits frequently avoid any major sorts of punishment.

Sim Eun-Seok (Kim Hye-Soo) is an exceptional judge with a demeanor that looks unpleasant to others. She dislikes young offenders. Sim Eun-Seok becomes assigned to a small juvenile court. There, she violates precedent and applies her own means of punishing the violators.
